Palacio de Bornos presents the Palacio de Bornos Verdejo White Wine, an excellent representative of the Rueda Denomination of Origin in Spain. This wine is made exclusively from Verdejo grapes, grown in its own vineyards located in Rueda, Pollos, and La Seca in Valladolid. With a total area of 308 hectares and an average altitude of 750 meters, the vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate with continental influences. The harvest is carried out mechanically during the night in September to preserve the freshness and aromas of the fruit. Subsequently, fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 14 and 16 °C for 12 to 16 days. The result is a wine characterized by its freshness and liveliness, with well-integrated acidity. The aromatic profile of this wine is filled with notes of tropical fruits, citrus, and an herbaceous touch, making it ideal for pairing with seafood and Mediterranean dishes.
