La Capilla Ánfora Rosé is an elegant rosé wine from the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin. Produced by Finca La Capilla, this wine contemporarily interprets traditional methods using Tinta del País grapes from vineyards in Roa, La Horra, and Anguix. Plants are manually grafted with material from old local vines. The vineyards, at altitudes between 820 and 965 meters, have sandy-loam tertiary soils, ideal for cultivating quality grapes. Harvesting is manual to ensure the freshness of the grapes, which are selected and refrigerated before vinification begins. The must is obtained through gravity bleeding and ferments in clay amphoras, adding a traditional touch to the process. Subsequently, the wine matures for 4 months in French oak barrels, gaining structure and volume without letting the wood dominate its characteristics. The Ánfora Rosé is ideal both chilled and at warmer temperatures, deploying an aromatic symphony and a texture that enhances culinary experiences.
