Making process
This wine is made in French oak vats, a manual pumping over is done for 15 days to finish the alcoholic fermentation, then goes to French oak barrels troncais, where malolactic fermentation takes place. When finished, racking is performed every 4 months for a year and completed the aging remaining in the bottle 12 months before its commercialization.
