The Vino Tinto Legaris Crianza is produced in the vineyards of the winery, covering an area of 93.5 hectares along Curiel de Duero and Martín Rubiales. The grape used is 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo). The special characteristic of the Vino Tinto Legaris comes from the vineyard and its modern viticulture techniques that ensure excellent care of the grapes, avoiding unnecessary treatments.
The aging process takes 12 months in French and American oak barrels, after which the coupage is done in tanks and finally a gentle filtration is carried out before bottling.
It is recommended to oxygenate this wine approximately one hour before serving at a temperature between 15º and 16º. This wine will age excellently in the bottle for the next 5 years.
