Licor de Café Terras Celtas, from the Pazo de Valdomiño brand, is protected by the Denominación Geográfica de Aguardientes y Licores Tradicionales de Galicia. It is presented in a 70 cl bottle and has an alcohol content of 33 % vol. Its production begins with the cold maceration of the aguardiente with a selection of natural coffee from Cerrado, Brazil. This process lasts at least one month and also includes orange peel and nutmeg. The liqueur is then filtered, sugar is added until fully dissolved, and it is left to rest for twelve months before bottling. In the glass it shows a hazelnut color with mahogany highlights, bright and clean in appearance. On the nose, roasted coffee aromas stand out, accompanied by hints of orange peel and sweet spices such as nutmeg, vanilla and cardamom. On the palate it is smooth and intense, with a good balance between the warmth of the aguardiente and the coffee and roasted notes. The finish is very long and persistent.
