The red wine Marques de Valdueza Blue label is made with 47% Syrah, 38% Cabernet sauvignon and 15% Merlot. It belongs to the D.O. Vinos de la Tierra de Extremadura. Technical direction is provided by Dominique Roujou de Boubée. The vineyards are located in Finca Perales, in Mérida, which has a unique terroir characterized by the soil, subsoil, topsoil, Extremadura climate and the action of man. This wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 9% of its aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Serve this wine at a temperature of 16º , one hour before serving it is advisable to decant it.high aging potential.
