The White Wine Passion of Moscatel is a pure and ecological expression of the Moscatel grape, produced under the Utiel-Requena Designation of Origin. This white wine is made with a deep respect for the environment, from the vine to the bottling. The soil conditions facilitate rich assimilation of organic materials, reflecting in the wine's quality. The vinification process includes a 12-hour cold prefermentation maceration, followed by a gentle pressing. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 14ºC, with subsequent aging on fine lees to intensify its notes. On the palate, it presents fruity, dry, with good acidity and persistent nuances, complemented by floral and fruity aromas. The appearance of this wine is straw-colored and fresh. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 8-10ºC to appreciate its full aromatic complexity.
