The Pago de Los Capellanes Crianza Magnum Red Wine is a notable member of the D.O. Ribera del Duero, produced from 100% Tempranillo grapes. This wine is produced at the Pago de los Capellanes winery, located in Pedrosa del Duero, Burgos. The production process includes a 30-day alcoholic fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation at 20ºC for 22 days. The wine then ages for 12 months in medium-toasted French oak barrels, followed by an additional 18 months in bottle. The 2022 vintage features a harmonious aroma of fruit and wood with vanilla notes, and a long, elegant finish.
