Geographical Area: Denomination of Origin "Tierra de León"
Making: manual harvest selected in 12 kg boxes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with subsequent malolactic fermentation and aging, with battonage, in new 500-liter French oak barrels of medium toast.
Ageing time: 15 months in new French oak barrels.
Type of wine: young red oak
