The Homenaje YOLO Garnacha Rosé is crafted from the Garnacha grape variety, part of the recognized Denomination of Origin Navarra. This wine is part of a renewed collection from the Marco Real winery, which aims to provide an accessible and enjoyable experience aimed at a younger audience. The winery focuses on creating moments that invite enjoyment of life in good company and appreciation for sustainability. Made through a traditional bleeding method, the grapes are macerated for about 10 hours before being decanted by gravity. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, controlling the temperature between 20 and 22 degrees, allowing for the development of a fresh and characterful wine. With an attractive pink color and violet hues, fruity aromas predominate on the nose, highlighting the currant. On the palate, its sweet, fresh, and fruity profile invites enjoyment with each sip.
