The Red Wine PURE The Winery is a zero sugar red wine with 10.5% alcoholthat is made from Barbera and Merlot grape varieties.
Production arean: Vineyards located in Piedmont, Northern Italy
The grapes are cared for throughout the year so that at harvest we find the balance between ripeness and acidity. During fermentation, the must is in contact with the skins, then it is separated and placed in another tank with yeasts and at controlled temperature. During the whole process, the skins are again in contact with the wine to favor the extraction of flavonoids and the oxygenation of the yeast, so that the residual sugar disappears completely. After the first fermentation, the wine finishes refining on the lees for malolactic fermentation to take place.
