Coming from vineyards over 30 years old, located at 629 meters altitude, this wine offers a unique experience in every glass. The aging takes place for 14 months in French oak barrels, adding complexity to its flavors, which further harmonizes in the bottle over the following months. On the palate, it presents a structured and meaty profile with toasted, balsamic, and fruity notes. In the nose, fruity aromas with a slight spicy touch are detectable.
