Buying Alto Miraltares Roble Red Wine is to discover the most authentic essence of Ribera del Duero. This wine is made from 100% Tinta del País, a native variety of the region. The vines, aged between 15 and 35 years, are traditionally cultivated in a privileged area in Quintana del Pidio, Burgos. The manual harvest in October 2020 selected only healthy bunches, ensuring quality. Aged for at least ten months in oak barrels, the wine presents notes of vanilla, cocoa, and a light toasted hint.
