The Azpilicueta Private Collection Red Wine is a creation of Bodegas Azpilicueta within the D.O.Ca Rioja designation. Comprised of a sophisticated blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, and Mazuelo grapes, this wine embodies the enological excellence sought by Elena Adell, the winemaker at Azpilicueta. It showcases an intense cherry-red color, with a fragrant nose full of red fruit and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is powerful and fresh, with flavors reminiscent of blueberries and raspberries, complemented by cocoa and milk coffee. It undergoes 12 months of aging in barrels and has an alcohol content of 14%, giving it length and smoothness, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
