The Condado de Oriza Crianza Red Wine is an excellent representative of the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin, one of the most prestigious wine regions in Spain. This wine is made exclusively from 100% Tempranillo grapes, also known as Tinta del País. The grapes are selected from vineyards over 20 years old around Olmedillo de Roa in the Burgos province, ensuring superior quality. The production process begins with a rigorous selection of the grapes, followed by a 2-day maceration to maximize their potential. The controlled fermentation at 25 to 28ºC enhances the varietal expression of Tempranillo. After fermentation, the wine undergoes 14 months of aging in American oak barrels, obtaining notable aromatic complexity and balanced tannin structure.
