Vino Tinto El Grifo Ariana is a true Canarian wine jewel that reflects the essence and unique character of the Lanzarote region. This red wine, awarded at renowned events such as the Zarcillo and Decanter World Wine Awards, results from a careful production process that combines two grape varieties: Listán Negro (60-70%) and Syrah (30-40%). Listán Negro contributes freshness and the typical Atlantic character, while Syrah provides the necessary structure for aging. This vinification occurs separately, and the blending is done before malolactic fermentation, which takes place in 500-liter French oak barrels, lasting 3 to 6 months.
