The 'Red Wine La Planta de Arzuaga' is a red wine that highlights the quality of the Tempranillo variety, made entirely from these grapes. It comes from vineyards in Quintanilla de Onésimo in Valladolid, an emblematic region of Ribera del Duero, with vines over 20 years old at altitudes exceeding 900 meters, which favors optimal growth. The production starts with meticulous hand harvesting in 15 kg boxes to ensure quality. After selection, the grapes are cold macerated and fermented at 25ºC. The wine is aged for 6 months in American and French oak barrels, adding complexity. It presents a vibrant cherry-red color, a perfect balance between fruit and wood, best served between 14º and 16º.
