The Red Wine La Poda Tinta De Toro of Bodegas La Poda, presents this D.O Toro, created from the Tinta De Toro grape varieties.
The La Poda Tinta de Toro wine is a single varietal Tempranillo. The grapes come from vineyards over 40 years old. At the beginning of the vinification a cold maceration of the grapes is done for 4 days to preserve the fruit aromas and achieve a greater extraction of color and soft tannins. Fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature and finally the wine is aged in barrels for about 4 to 6 months.
La Poda Tinta de Toro is an ideal wine for appetizers, accompanying barbecues or various meat dishes. A ripe, vibrant and spicy wine.
