The Monte Odina Garnacha Red Wine is a wine from D.O. Somontano, made from 100% Garnacha grapes. This wine is characterized by its production process, which includes a night harvest, destemming, crushing, and a 6-day prefermentation maceration at 10ºC. Fermentation occurs at temperatures of up to 25ºC, with two pump-overs daily to ensure optimal extraction of color and flavor. It has an alcohol content of 12.5%. It is recommended to enjoy it at temperatures between 16º-18ºC. This wine, with an attractive cherry red color and a violet rim, offers intense and clean aromas with notes of flowers and rosemary on the nose. On the palate, it is complex and elegant, revealing flavors of dark fruits like blackberry, along with toasted and coffee hints. It is a perfect companion for red meats, roasts, and stews.
