García Carrión presents the Pata Negra Valdepeñas Reserva Red Wine, a gem of the Denomination of Origin Valdepeñas in Spain, made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. This wine stands out for its careful production process: the grapes are selected and fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 20 days at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. Following this, malolactic fermentation occurs, and the wine is transferred and aged for 30 months in American and French oak barrels. This time in wood gives it a unique and complex character, with notes of ripe dark fruits and toasted hints detectable on the nose. On the palate, it is structured, with pleasant acidity, and velvety, rounded tannins.
