This region, extending between the Andes and the Coast, features an ideal climate significantly influencing the quality of the grapes. The 2022 harvest was characterized by variable weather conditions allowing the grapes to reach appropriate maturity, resulting in aromatic and well-balanced wines. The winemaking process includes fermentation in stainless-steel tanks and aging for 4 to 6 months in oak barrels, endowing the wine with notes of wood and complexity.
