Red Wine Señorío de los Llanos Cepas Viejas is an exclusive product of García Carrión, belonging to the Denomination of Origin Valdepeñas in Spain, and is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes. The grapes, from old vines, are carefully selected to highlight the typicity of the variety and the territory. During the production process, cold pre-maceration is performed to maximize aromatic potential and color, followed by five days of maceration. During fermentation, a perfect balance is achieved to avoid over-extraction of tannins. Completed malolactic fermentation provides softness and structure, resulting in a wine with high aromatic intensity, rounded tannins, and a balanced profile that reflects the character of Tempranillo from Valdepeñas. It presents a cherry red color, aromas of ripe red fruit and spices, with a round and pleasant finish.
