Mouth: 'Equilibrado y redondo. Es un vino estructurado y muy sabroso que nos deja recuerdos de fruta escarchada y licorosa. Presenta un recorrido largo en boca y retrogusto persistente.'
Nose: 'Complejo, evoluciona continuamente en la copa, teniendo al principio notas de fruta negra concentrada, como cerezas o ciruelas, también aparece la tinta china, todo muy bien ensamblado por las notas tostada.'

Sintauto is a red wine made by Bodegas y Viñedos Ilurce with 100% Graciano grapes. It is aged in French oak barrels.
Grapes from our vineyard "Los Olivos", located in the lower part of the slopes of Yerga, in the municipality of Alfaro. This vineyard was planted in 1995 and its vines are trained on trellises.
The grapes are harvested by hand. The grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed before being filled into the vat where maceration and fermentation take place at the same time. The time the skins are in the tank is the optimum time to obtain a long-lived varietal wine.
It remains in French oak for around 12 months, depending on the vintage.
This is a wine that has not undergone any kind of treatment, which may present a slight sediment at the bottom of the bottle, a consequence of its natural evolution.
