The harvest is completely manual, ensuring that only the best grapes enter the winery. The process includes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in open 500-liter barrels and a 15-day maceration. This wine reflects the granitic soil of its region, providing a unique and marked personality. With a limited production of 400 bottles and a 3D label design, each bottle is a work of art seeking to convey the essence of the terroir.
