The Red Wine La Selección Montsant Lectores Vini originates from the renowned wineries located in El Masroig, in the Montsant designation of origin, Spain. This wine is made with 80% Garnacha, 15% Mazuelo, 3% Tempranillo, and 2% white, combining a unique and attractive organoleptic profile. The vines, grown organically in a Mediterranean climate, range from 10 to 40 years old and are situated at an average altitude of 300 meters. The 2022 harvest, carried out between September 4 and 21, was marked by a careful process where the grapes macerated for nine days, with 90% of the bunches destemmed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts, followed by nine months of aging that enhances its character. Its filtration was gentle, preparing this wine for a refreshing and fruity tasting experience.
