Red wine Bala Perdida
This red wine produced by Bodega Antonio Arráez belongs to the Denomination of Origin Valencia and is a wine made from 100% Alicante Bouschet grapes.
The grapes come from vineyards over 35 years old. The Alicante Bouschet variety has its origin in this region, where, thanks to its soils and climate, it reaches its maximum expression.
It is harvested by hand in early September with a first selection in the field and a second selection in the winery. Fermentation is carried out at low temperature with a medium maceration, enough to give it body, but respecting its typical fruity character, to then give it a touch of American and Hungarian oak that gives it soft and toasted notes that complete its elaboration.
Alcoholic content: 13.5% Vol.
The ideal serving temperature is 12 to 14 ºC.
