The Red Wine Resalte Origen is considered one of the best Spanish wines, recognized internationally and listed among the TOP 100 by Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast. This wine is made from Tempranillo grapes from vineyards over 30 years old, located in six different villages in the Ribera del Duero, which adds complexity and richness to its flavor. The varying soil conditions and solar exposure allow each plot to maintain its unique characteristics, resulting in an exceptional final wine. The winemaking process is executed with utmost care. The grapes are hand-harvested at their optimal ripeness, ensuring a rigorous selection for only the perfect bunches. Vinification is done without aggressive pumping, preserving the integrity of the grape, and maceration lasts about 18 days. Finally, the wine ages in barrels for 14 months, 80% in French barrels and 20% in American barrels, with racking every four months. It will rest in tank for four months before bottling. It is an unfiltered wine, so there may be slight sediments over time, characteristics that attest to its natural evolution.
