Starting from a carefully controlled and selected harvest in the vineyard, this wine is made using a whole berry fermentation technique, designed to achieve maximum fruity expression. The berries are pressed before the alcoholic fermentation of the drained must finishes, allowing both musts to integrate and enhance their aromatic character. The entire process is carried out at low temperatures, resulting in a fresher, more aromatic, and balanced wine.
