These medium and toasted barrels are the ones that provide its beautiful dark amber color, with reddish hues, aromas of toasted wood, vanilla, chocolate and spices. In the mouth it feels round and smooth, leaving a satisfying long finish on the palate.
The tequila Rooster Rojo Añejo is a 100% Blue Agave hand-selected tequila. The agave piñas come from the Altos de Jalisco and Tequila in Mexico, from carefully selected and cultivated fields. The water used in the distillation process of this tequila is filtered with Mexican silver, which gives a complex character to the tequila and smoothness to the palate.
