Sweet wine made from grapes of the varieties Palomino Fino and Pedro Ximenez, belong to the D.O Jerez, this wine is made by the Bodega Osborne. The grapes harvested by hand are gently pressed, the fermentation of this wine is carried out at a controlled temperature of 28º.

Posteriorly the aging is carried out under the traditional system of Criaderas and Soleras in American oak barrels for 6 years.

The ideal drinking temperature of this wine is between 12 and 16º.
