Mouth: 'Potente y bien estructurado, con taninos maduros. Se destacan los sabores a frutas negras, con un final largo y persistente. Si ha tenido crianza, puede ofrecer un toque tostado o de regaliz.'

TASTING NOTES FOR SINDHI RED WINE:
FLAVOR: Deep and bright, sensual and attractive. The color of Mediterranean wine.
Nose: Red cherry, wild strawberry and Kirsch fruit liqueur. Peach skin and spice. The soils where the wine is grown transmit their chalky smell to the wine. Leaving no doubt in our customers mind that this is a mineral wine.
IN MOUTH: Excellent: elegant but fresh. Soft tannins warmly envelop the tongue, with a very long finish.
THE VINEYARD
Located on the eastern face, the grapes come from old vines 80 years old, the soils are clay and limestone. The viticulture is strictly organic.
THE WINERY
The wine has been aged for ten to fourteen months in new oak barrels of different volume, and is stored for twelve months in bottle to round the wine.
SindhiWines is the Murcian winery pioneer in biodynamic agriculture. They are firm believers that the better the soils are treated, the better the whole vineyard is preserved. Their philosophy is to develop the concept whereby plants, soil, cover crops and farmers are each and every one of equal importance.
Sindhi wines are made respecting traditional grapes and seeking the natural flavor of the terroir and variety.., which makes them special and very mineral.
Sinhi wines seeks to achieve the highest quality wines taking care of the whole process to generate emotions in consumers.
Working the vineyard without the use of chemicals, the treatments applied are totally natural, nettles, chamomile, rosemary, taking advantage of natural and cosmic energy forces. Weeds and grass growing between the wines are preserved in order to promote biodiversity. All these weeds attract insects and the biological balance is maintained.
