This liqueur arises from the union of 2 worlds through the search for a different product by Mexican chef Roberto Ruiz and master distiller Javier Pulido.

It is made through a process that involves smoking, drying and curing for 6 months. It is then macerated in alcohol with 5 botanicals: citrus peel, cinnamon, cocoa, allspice and thymeand finished with a aging in used oak barrelsthat have previously contained Pedro Ximénez wines.
