This wine comes from the Denomination of Origin Almansa and is made from Garnacha Tintorera grapes, harvested by hand in boxes to ensure quality. The aging process takes place for 6 months in barrels and small French oak foudres, followed by an additional 12 months, giving the wine great complexity.
