The fermentation in semi-buried concrete tanks allows for the preservation of the freshness, purity, and natural aromas of the terroir.
The harvest is done by hand, and the rigorous selection of the grapes ensures a clean and expressive rosé. In tasting, it shows a pale pink color with bright reflections, aromas of fresh red fruits, and slight floral notes.
