Grapes from vineyards planted by Tomás Esteban with an age of over 30 years, productions of 4,000 kg hectare. Totally free of mineral fertilizers, systemic treatments and herbicides.
The winemaking is very gentle, without large extractions, in steel and wood vats with a capacity of 14,000 kg. No enzymes or yeasts other than those native to the grape itself are used during production.
