This Vino Tinto Viña Mayor Roble of 37.5 cl comes from the renowned D.O Ribera del Duero in Spain and is exclusively made from carefully selected Tempranillo grapes. The harvest is done manually to ensure that only the best grapes arrive at the winery in 300 kg boxes. After gentle destemming, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks, allowing for precise control of temperature and the frequency of pump-overs. This method of production helps to enhance the flavors and aromas of the wine, yielding a balanced and powerful product. On the nose, aromas of red fruits can be appreciated alongside roasted notes and licorice, while on the palate its balance stands out with a long finish where wood notes prevail.
