This Vino Generoso 61 Dorado is a product of Cuatro Rayas Winery, produced since 1950 in D.O. Rueda. It consists of 75% Verdejo grapes and 25% Palomino Fino. The wine is produced using an artisanal method, employing criaderas and soleras in sherry casks. During biological and later oxidative aging, it acquires its characteristic golden color. On the nose, it presents aromas of dried fruits and raisins, while on the palate it has a slightly toasted flavor.
