This wine is crafted with meticulous manual harvesting in October, selecting the oldest vines with fewer bunches. The grapes undergo a careful process including cold pre-fermentation and spontaneous fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak for 6 months and another 6 months in Russian oak.
