The red wine Event from Castillo de Mendoza is an author’s work that stands out for its designation of origin, D.O.Ca Rioja. It is entirely made up of Tempranillo grapes and has been aged for 20 months in new French oak barrels. Its intense cherry color with ruby edges makes it visually appealing, while on the nose it presents intense aromas of dark fruits like plum, blackberry, and raspberry, combined with notes of strawberries, violets, and aging.
