The Palmeri Navalta Red Wine is an exquisite aging wine produced by Bodega Palmeri Sicilia, located in the prestigious Campo de Borja Denomination of Origin, Spain. With an artisanal and organic production method, this wine is made from 100% Garnacha grapes, cultivated at an altitude of 700 meters. The terroir of 'La Nava Alta' enriches its unique character. The vines are cared for manually, ensuring high-quality production. Selective harvesting ensures that only the best grapes are used. Visually, it displays a bright cherry red color, while on the nose it offers a dominant complexity of red fruits and spices, complemented by elegant notes of oak and cedar. On the palate, it reveals a perfect balance between ripe tannins and acidity, with a persistent fruity finish. The wine should be served between 16 and 18 °C to experience its full expression. Palmeri Sicilia is an organic viticulture project started in 2012 by the Cuartero-Cuartero and Breitschmid Heiniger families, highlighting its dedication to respect the Garnacha variety.
