The Vino Tinto Sembro is an authentic representation of the D.O. Ribera del Duero, made exclusively from the Tempranillo variety. It comes from vineyards located in emblematic places like Pesquera de Duero and Quintanilla de Onésimo, ensuring a mineral expression thanks to its calcareous soils. This young wine goes through a 3 to 4-month aging process in French and American oak barrels, giving it structure and subtle notes of vanilla and spices while maintaining the characteristic fruitiness of the Tempranillo. Its annual release between 8 and 12 months post-harvest retains its vibrant character. In the glass, it shows a cherry red color with violet reflections, and its predominant aromas are of fresh red fruits, integrated with touches of wood and licorice. On the palate, it is flavorful and balanced, perfect for pairing with tapas, Iberian cured meats, and soft cheeses.
