The Vino Blanco Viore Verdejo Sobre Lías from Bodegas Viore is a Denomination of Origin Rueda (Spain) wine made from the exclusive Verdejo grape. This wine is produced in a unique vineyard known as "Los Tordos," located at 770 meters altitude, in clay-calcareous soils with low fertility. This results in low yield, ideal for obtaining high-quality products. After careful vinification, part of the wine remains on its lees for 7 months, contributing complexity and exceptional volume and intensity. The maturation also includes a period of 5 months in French oak barrels, which adds a subtle and distinctive character to the wine.
