Smoked whisky is the preferred technique used by the Scots. The Monkey Shoulder Whisky smoked 100% peat-based malt selection causing a mixture that provides just the right touch of smoke without covering the other flavors that are added to the drink or cocktail.

The mixture is made impeccably by means of three pure malt whiskeys that constitute a smooth, round and versatile distillate. The flavor wants to break with the conventional style of whiskey, aiming to appeal to younger generations.

About Smokey Monkey

The name was chosen because in the beginning of whiskey production, distillery workers performed the entire process in an artisanal way, where it was common to make some arm injury because of the repetitive movements of their work. Monkey's shoulder was the name that received the fallen arm of those people by the great effort and dedication to work for the production of whiskey. The words Smokey or Smoked and Monkey or Monkey, thus giving rise to the creation of the name of this drink.
