Arrayan White Wine Garnacha Blanca and Gris is crafted from a select combination of 55% Garnacha gris and 45% Garnacha blanca, grown in the renowned Finca La Verdosa within the D.O. Méntrida, characterized by its sandy soils. This wine is produced through a careful process of whole cluster pressing in small tanks, ensuring that every nuance of flavor is preserved. The aging of the wine takes place in 300 and 500-liter barrels over a period of 8 months, which adds complexity and smoothness to the palate. Vinification includes cold maceration for two days, followed by pressing and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This process highlights the characteristics of the terroir, resulting in a wine that presents aromas of white fruit and floral notes, accompanied by a mineral touch. On tasting, it provides an enveloping experience with a silky texture, good acidity, and a powerful finish.
