It is aged for 8 months in 300 and 500-liter barrels.
It is produced by stomping whole clusters in small tanks. Subsequently, it macerates cold for two days, is pressed, and ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
