The White Wine Blanc 110 Giro is a prominent expression of Mediterranean character, produced in the D.O. Binissalem Mallorca. Made from Giro Ros, Prensal, and Moscatel varieties, it offers notable aromatic complexity, freshness, and elegance. This wine has been awarded 94 points by Akatavino and a CIVAS GOLD Medal, ensuring its quality and prestige. The harvest took place in September 2024, with careful selection of the grapes. Controlled fermentation at 15°C for 15 days, followed by aging on lees for 7 months and 27% in American barrels for 4 months, adds complexity and well-integrated toasted notes. The vineyards, located in Biniali, take advantage of clay-calcareous soil and the Mediterranean climate for optimal grape ripening. On the nose, it presents aromas of tropical fruit and caramel, while on the palate it is fresh and dense with medium acidity.
