The Marco Real White Wine Pequeñas Producciones Chardonnay is made 100% from the Chardonnay variety from the Valdeherreros estate of the Marco Real winery, shaping up as one of the freshest offerings from the winery; a white wine with D.O. Navarra.
It is made from a delicate pressing where the musts are released naturally. The fermentation takes place by placing 50% of the musts in new French oak barrels at low temperature and the other 50% in stainless steel tanks, taking care throughout the process to preserve the varietal strength. It has aged for three months in barrel and three more months in bottle.
The plot where these grapes are grown is a privileged area at an altitude of between 450 and 575 meters, with a unique climate that imparts special characteristics to the wines, which is why "Pequeñas producciones" reflect the winery's pursuit of exclusivity and the value of the terroir.
