Bodega Santa Ema presents the Santa Ema Select Terroir Reserva Sauvignon Blanc White Wine from the Denomination of Origin Valle del Maipo, Chile. This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown in an ideal environment influenced by the Maipo River and winds from the Andes mountains. The 2022 harvest was exceptional, with a hot summer allowing for optimal ripeness. Its production process includes pressing whole clusters and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14°C. This results in a balanced wine with good acidity and a fresh aromatic profile. On the nose, it features citrus notes accompanied by pears and apples, while on the palate it feels balanced and refreshing.
