The Ramon Bilbao Limited Edition Lias White Wine is a standout representative of the D.O. Rueda, made entirely from the Verdejo grape variety. This wine is characterized by a meticulous process of fermentative maceration for 10 hours at 6ºC in an inert atmosphere, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC in concrete tulips. Subsequently, it undergoes racking in barrels with its lees in suspension through batonage once a week, giving it unique texture and character.
