Fermentative maceration for 10 hours at 6ºC in an inert atmosphere. Alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC in concrete tulips and racked into barrels with its lees in suspension by batonage once a week. aged for 8 months in new French and Hungarian oak barrels.
Vineyards over 20 years old located in our Finca Las Amedias. The cellar within the estate itself ensures optimal reception of the fruit.
