The Ramon Bilbao Verdejo Sobre Lías White Wine is a wine from Bodegas Monte Blanco, located in the prestigious D.O. Rueda in Spain. This wine comprises exclusively Verdejo grapes, giving it an authentic character from the region. The 10-hour maceration at 6ºC and the alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC in concrete tulips preserve the aromas and flavors. Subsequently, the wine is transferred to new French and Hungarian oak barrels, where weekly batonage occurs for 8 months. The over 20-year-old vines from Finca Las Amedias ensure exceptional quality of the fruit. In appearance, it shows a yellow color with green reflections, in the nose there are aromas of stone fruits and nut notes. Its taste is fresh and broad, with a glycerin-like texture due to the work with the lees.
