The Val de Nairoa White Wine is a white wine that belongs to the Ribeiro Designation of Origin (D.O.) and is made from a blend of Treixadura, Albariño, Loureira, and Lado grape varieties.
Production: Grape pre-selection in the vineyard. Manual harvest in 15kg boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging on its fine lees, renewed with the fine lees from the following harvest.
