Valtravieso Nogara is a white wine of great elegance, crafted by Valtravieso Bodegas y Viñedos in the prestigious Rueda Denomination of Origin. This wine is produced from the Verdejo variety, capturing the essence of its native region, offering an aromatic profile characterized by notes of apple, pear, and fresh fennel. The grapes come from selected vineyards in Puras, south of Valladolid, at an altitude of 850 meters. Its poor, sandy soil with pebble contributes to its balance and volume, while the deeper clay layers ensure optimal vine development. The wine production includes fermentation in barrels and stainless steel tanks, followed by aging on lees for at least six months, adding complexity to the wine.
